This cozy, fully-equipped house located in peaceful and safe area is a dream retreat for families, couples, or friends looking for a blend of relaxation and adventure. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms a modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet with a bidet shower. The house offers comfort and convenience for 6 guests. On the first floor there is a spacious sun terrace and a technical room with a 2500 l water tank and solar panels on the roof.
