Godauda is a tranquil coastal area in southern Sri Lanka, located near the town of Dikwella in the Matara district. Known for its peaceful surroundings and beautiful, lesser-known beaches, Godauda offers a serene escape away from the more crowded tourist spots. Just steps away from the house, you’ll find a stunning, secluded Salt Lagoon Beach beach where golden sands meet the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean.  

 

Just a short drive away, this house is close to Dikwella’s vibrant markets and hidden gems and close to famous Hiriketiya Beach a popular surf and relaxation spot.

This cozy, fully-equipped house, located in a peaceful and safe area, is a dream retreat for families, couples, or friends seeking a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet with a bidet shower, offering comfort and convenience for up to six guests.

Our fully equipped interior ensures a comfortable and homely experience for up to 6 guests. There are two identical bedrooms with twin beds and one spacious master bedroom with a double bed. Fresh bed linen and towels are included. All beds are fitted with high-quality mattresses for a comfortable sleep.

Each bedroom is equipped with modern air conditioning and a ceiling fan for the ultimate comfort in every season. ​

The house features fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens, allowing guests to comfortably prepare their own meals at any time.​ We offer talso he option of full-day dining, allowing you to indulge in the rich flavors of traditional Sri Lankan cuisinethroughout the day. For an additional fee, you can explore a variety of delicious local dishes, prepared with fresh, local ingredients to give you an authentic taste of Sri Lanka’s vibrant food culture.

  • What’s more, fresh fish and seafood often caught the same day by local fishermen are widely available and offer excellent value for money. It’s a great way to enjoy local flavors while supporting the community.​
